I will never again buy from any Clayton Homes dealer. This has been the worst experience of my life. As a first-time homebuyer, we were given the impression that we would be assisted with the entire process by our sales agent. What a joke! The majority of legwork has been done by my fiance and myself. We signed closing papers two months after our sales agreement (after contacting their corporate office to vocalize our unhappiness) and two weeks later, we are still waiting to get the keys to our home.
