This is my second review. My first one I was told to delete by Steven at Clayton Mobile homes. He said if I did not delete it he would refund the money for the mobile home that we paid for in full. I’m attaching a screen shot of my original review. I have the conversation with Clayton threatening to refund our money and not give us our home unless I removed the original review. We had an amazing day today with Ashley!! She is very understanding on what we want to do and has an answer to everything!! Would totally recommend Ashley with Clayton homes!!
Ashley was very nice and helpful with information about mobile homes. I need specific information on set up, costs, etc and she was very knowledgeable with all of that. If you need a mobile home and information Clayton homes and Ashley should be your first stop. thank you
1 star review is completely way too generous. Finally moved into home this year late Feb 2025 .. now 5 months in our biggest problem STILL (there are plenty of “minor” problems as well) is that our AC unit is not working properly and has not for the last TWO/THREE MONTHS when it is supposed to be a brand new unit. So either something is wrong with the unit or installing was done VERY poorly. We have called multiple times about this and have had someone out 3+ times to “fix” it - will work for a week or two with no issues the... read more
My husband and I have been working with Clayton homes of Lebanon since April and we are very pleased with this company. Everyone there has been very friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions we’ve had. They have kept us updated on every step along the way. If your looking for beautiful homes that are also priced very well then definitely go through them!
