We are looking at getting a new home for our place. We decided to stop by and see what they had to offer. Ashley is the one that helped us out and we were happy with the experience.
Ashley was so kind and really listened to what I wanted. It was fun to see all the styles of houses.
We bought a home from Clayton in 2022. We had multiple issues that kept getting pushed to the back burner and by the time our 1 year warranty with them was up, we figured we needed to focus on the things that could get fixed quickly. That being said, we told them multiple times about our roof shingles being blown about in the wind. They came out and supposedly fixed them. Ashley was pleasant, professional and very helpful in helping us to find the homes that would best fit our needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the homes and helped us understand the whole process involved in the purchase and set up of any purchase. She was low pressure but was clear that she would be available for any questions we may have had. We found the whole search and purchase process of the home to be easy from start to finish. Ashley was fantastic!
