Drove two hours to buy a home. Everyone was in a “sales meeting” and no one was available to help me. No return phone calls and not impressed at all. I’ll be going elsewhere Been trying to get them out to fix my siding that’s falling off. Level my a/c unit so it’s not sinking in the ground, and my sliding back door has never worked right! Sent videos and messages but once they sell it to ya good luck! Horrible company!
Do not go here. You will get your credit ruined, get the run around, and walk away home free. Nothing! They took my down payment, had it all set up, and then said that I wasn’t approved anyway. Who does that?! Now I can’t get my down payment back!!
Called about getting some minor repairs done with our promise of one year free maintenance and was told that they would not do it. Russell in maintenance came out awhile back and was checking on a paint color and never came back. Old management lied and new management is the same. They give you the runaround. I would go elsewhere to buy a home.
