If I could give 0 stars I would. The only contractor they hire that is worth anything is Nelson Septic. The contractor they hire to put your house together, actually destroys your house. Nail holes everywhere, EVERYTHING is crooked, nails poking up through the floor, loose/broken trim and panel. They do a walk through and point out everything that’s wrong and tell you they’ll fix it. Very helpful knowledgeable staff! Answered my many questions and made buying a smooth process. Service team was very friendly and efficient.
They are very lovely individuals and so helpful when I was looking for a home and they were very accommodating for all the question I had I would definitely recommend Clayton homes of Hattiesburg if you are looking for a forever home
