I absolutely hate my house!! Been in it 4 years and have had a leaking roof due to nails holes that weren’t covered up,my house has flooded 3 times due to cheap plumbing,electrical problems, bumps in the floor, sagging bar, you name it it has happened! I hate this house and the amount of money it costs us. Beware do not buy from Clayton homes. They won’t help you when these problems happen. And it’s all due to cheap building and crappy builders. Non of it is because of us. We have had problems from day one!!!
I am glad to have worked here for as long as I have. I have been blessed to help 200+ families and counting into their new homes, so far, in my 6-year career here. We have the best energy efficiency and best construction around! Come by and see me :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only contractor they hire that is worth anything is Nelson Septic. The contractor they hire to put your house together, actually destroys your house. Nail holes everywhere, EVERYTHING is crooked, nails poking up through the floor, loose/broken trim and panel. They do a walk through and point out everything that’s wrong and tell you they’ll fix it.
