Whatever you do, do not buy a manufactured home from here!!!!!!!!! They are lazily put together and will completely fall apart within 5 years. SEVERAL leaks which have caused major water damage and black mold, trim falling off, outlet switches quite literally just falling out of the wall and can’t replace them because of how terrible the hole in wall was placed and cut. The list goes on and on. We are going to have to basically rebuild our home thanks to these folks and their builders. Also their “customer service” is a load... read more
