We bought a double wide from Clayton’s here in Jonesboro. And we have had nothing but problems for the last 7 years. They won’t come fix the problems. And when we call to talk to the manager Kim Adams she is always busy or gone. And she will not return our phone call. I wouldn’t suggest anyone but anything from them at all. They was supposed to come back to level it after we got it set up and they never did. Our trailer is splitting down the center. About 2 months ago they sent some guys out here to level it. I got the pleasure of dealing with Adam. He genuinely has the customers best interest and he will go out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I am very happy with my overall experience .
First and for most buying a home was something I never thought could be possible. Then I called Clayton and got to speak with a gentleman named Adam. And let me tell yall something. This guy spoke to me with the outmost respect. Didn’t figure anyone with take me seriously when I told them what I was looking for but he did. Then showed me the house I ended up buying.
