Had a really great experience with Clayton Homes. Kenneth (Bryant) was our salesman and was awesome throughout the whole process. We were nervous buying our first home but I dont think it could have been a better overall experience. Kenneth listened to our needs and budget and worked within that and really showed that he cared which was great. Our house was delivered from Clayton in Waycross Georgia to Homosassa Florida: we have had nothing but issue after issue with this house and we’ve let them know the repairs that need done and have got zero help from them. This is a brand new home and needs so many repairs including the roof leaking that we’ve had to have people come 3 times to fix since April!!! Very very shoddy workmanship and this is our second home from Clayton. My next step is lodging a formal complaint with BBB.
