My son bought a trailer from this place in Waycross they have been horrible ……the trailer was severely damaged on the way to property,the one damaged spot was where the roof meets the header,something jabbed a whole in it ….a month goes by open to the rain,etc….finally they “fix” it with a piece eaves drip that didn’t even match and it just covered the puncture up,not fixin it at all …..and they refuse to do anything…..the whole back corner was caved in and covered up with vinyl before we even knew it was damaged,but of cour... read more
Purchased a home in 2024; they never finished it when they set it and allowed us to move in. Never fixed the cracks in the ceilings; never replaced our marriage line that needed done; hooked up the fridge wrong causing a water leak and floor damage. Holes in walls from moving the house here, missing light fixtures; broken windows and trim, along with a list about a mile long which I can provide. Fixed our floors not once. Helpful staff, nice looking trailers.
We bought our home almost 5 years ago and we've had nothing but issues. Trim hung crooked in some areas and not even nailed down in others, electrical outlets that pull straight out the wall, all kinds of issues that they were supposed to fix and they never did. Now on top of that we are having issues with leaking pipes all under the house. Not something you expect to deal with when your home isn't even 5 years old. Would not recommend buying from them. You will have buyers remorse if you buy from Clayton
