This is a TERRIBLE place to try and buy a home! We were lied to from the start and half way through our contract with the land owners Sylvestre told us we needed a different type of loan! We had to do most of the work finding a contractor, calling the power company, all things that Clayton was supposed to do! I stopped in to the office in union gap just looking and the salesmen were all friendly and knowledgeable. They were no pressure and I did not feel like I was being "sold". The houses they have are full furnished so it gave me an idea of living spaces WITH my furniture. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
