Michael did a great job in taking us through our process in finding our home. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and open to hear us out in what we were looking for.
Customer service has been great so far! I’ve had zero issues with communication—they’ve been incredibly responsive, even answering my questions after hours. The entire process of viewing and applying has been a breeze and beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely post an updated review once delivery and setup are complete, but based on the experience so far, I’m very impressed!
