I do not recommend going to Clayton in Pelham I’ve had my home for two going on three years and my air has NEVER worked I’ve called them and filed a claim every year and nobody shows up or even have enough decency to call you back DO NOT GO TO CLAYTON IN PELHAM YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Do not recommend buying from them we have had problems with them since the beginning. Wish we had done some research first. If you want a house with no ac and faucets that leak then this is your go to house seller! Haha and I won’t be taking back my review this time
