I recently had the opportunity to work with Clayton Homes of Lacey, specifically, Joseph Vaughn, in an attempt to purchase a mfg home. Unfortunately, the sale did not come to fruition due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Joseph and all of Clayton staff were always transparent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mostly. they were understanding of my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend them
