Easy to schedule and Dr Hudnall clearly explained my condition and next steps.
Clayton Hudnall’s bedside manner is horrendous. I did not know to take a previous and completed antibiotic prescribed by another physician would be needed and to that Clayton responded “you’re killing us.” After offering to call back back with the med name, his response is “I’m not looking back only forward.” To me this is a stupid contradiction; do you need it or don’t you? Dr. Hudnall has been my Urologist for over 15 years. He is one of the few doctors who will spend the time to explain your condition and review the treatment plan. Excellent doctor with an excellent staff.
I have been going to Dr. Hudnall for many years and have always found him to be straight forward and to the point concerning my health issues. If something comes up that is urologically connected and he knows someone else that specializes with a form of treatment that he does not use he is quick to suggest a call to that Dr.. I will recommend Dr. Hudnall to anyone asking my opinion any time.
He talked over me, cut me off, disregarded my input and experiences. It seemed like he hadn’t taken the time to review my patient file. The office cancelled my appointment and it two days and several hours both days to reschedule the appointment
He does his job but forget about friendliness. He kept on harping about wieght in both appointments i had (to which i agreed with him and grasped the first time) and basically refused to give me anything to help with a skin infection that wasnt otc and what i already tried. I guess he wants to teach me yet again that i need to lose weight before he can help me. Otherwise, my bladder looked fine was told just dont drink caffeine or alcohol and that was my resolution to incontinence.
He has always been throrough and straightforward with my health assessment. He is very likable while professional, taking the necessary time needed in spite of his busy schedule.
