These guys came out for a service call at our house even though they knew they didn't work on the windows we have. They diagnosed the problems, gave me recommendations, and gave me the crank I needed for one of the windows for free. For free. Over the course of a month: Called and scheduled for an appointment for a broken window replacement at my house-NO CALL NO SHOW. Called again, said they would call me back to schedule another appointment, they NEVER DID. Winter is now close Called again, they said they would call me back- they NEVER DID. Now winter is here and Im replacing my own windows.
William and Devon from Clayton's Glass came out and fixed two window frames at my home and they did excellent work. Clayton's has been more than accommodating and were able to fix frames that other companies that we contacted were not able to fix. Thank you for your professional work. I would definitely recommend them for your glass and frame needs.
