The trailers look nice but once you get one and get moved in, you realize everything is cheap and poorly installed. My shower doesn’t drain properly, my cabinets are very thin and flimsy. I have friends who also have a holes made home and their cabinets are falling apart. The floors are chipping, and the base boards in my kitchen are coming off the bottom of the cabinets. My home is now together and the water hooked up. We turned on the water and the water came gushing out of the fittings of the water heater all over the floor before we could get the water turned off. The water then ran quite a bit longer because some of the water heater had filled up. it continue to run out on the floor .it was a mess. I have called Clayton Giles Clayton and they have not even returned to my call this is quite an upsetting experience and they haven't even bothered to return my call

We started buying process in Nov 2021. Home was set up in Feb 2022.With a years warranty, we still did not get the front door fixed. Now we are having to purchase a front door and repair floor because of the leakage. I sent emails and made phone calls before our warranty was up. They said it was fixed. They told us to put another coat of paint on the door. Is that how maintenance works now? They come out and tell the customer to fix it? We still did not get our storm door, either.
