Terrible quality in production, drain pipes going in lnto the floor some have hole 2x bigger than the pipe because of miss cutting, holes for hot water pipe going into the attic looks like they just punched their fist trough, cracks appearing in ceiling overtime, mold frome poor shower head installation, in a single wide for 70k, which will be 160k by the time your done paying. We purchased a home built by Clayton Giles from Oakwood Homes in Greenville, SC. We purchased the Farmhouse Breeze home with 4 bedrooms and an extra family room. After living in the home 4 months, we decided that we needed to become foster parents to two little boys from the school that I teach at. The trailers look nice but once you get one and get moved in, you realize everything is cheap and poorly installed. My shower doesn’t drain properly, my cabinets are very thin and flimsy. I have friends who also have a holes made home and their cabinets are falling apart. The floors are chipping, and the base boards in my kitchen are coming off the bottom of the cabinets.
