After being a patient since Dr Pratt opened, I was told I wasn't an established patient of Dr Pratt. Very sad to hear, because he is such a great Doctor, but doesn't have time to see his loyal patients. His staff has dropped the ball out front and out of his knowledge. Good luck if you need to actually see a Doctor here. 😔
I have been with Dr.Pratt for 3 years. He is extremely amazing and so is his staff. Wish we lived close so we could see him in office
This was our first time at Clayton Family Medicine. We brought our 1 year old daughter in who was not feeling well. Every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone was very calming and patient with our daughter while she wasn’t feeling well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back.
