Very rude, and unprofessional staff. I spoke with Ms. Aretha in regards to getting a referral for a patient, when asking questions, she refused to listen and instead spoke over me and then ended up hanging up on me completely. The issue was that they wanted a diagnosis code got a patient who hadn’t been seen at a specialty’s office and told me to call that office, I called that office and they informed me that that had to be sent by the treating team, I then called back to let them know and she spoke very aggressively and wi... read more
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Davis and everyone in his office. He is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients and does what is best for them. He’s an amazing doctor.
OUTSTANDING! Within 24 hours of my first visit I had lab results, a diagnosis, and treatment. Did I mention all that was on a holiday? You won’t find a better primary care physician… whether it be in WNC or the entire USA. Dr. Davis is truly a tremendous asset to the small town of Franklin. My family and I are so grateful for him!
He is such a great doctor. Highly recommend!! If you have any issues or questions he will call you back personally and quickly. He takes up a lot of time with you during your visits. You don’t feel rushed or unheard. Honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. Also his staff is extremely nice and very welcoming.
Dr. Davis really listens to you. He is a very caring doctor.
