I would give Paul Clayton a negative 5 in star rating if it were a choice on this website. I grew up with Paul Clayton and considered him a childhood friend. I trusted him with a critical legal matter. His retainer was $5,500. He asked for CASH. (Some years ago he told me that he flies to the Cayman Islands occasionally to deposit money.
