Very knowledgeable on bmw Brilliant staff
We used Clayton Cars this week to diagnose an issue with my friend's car. They did not advise upfront the extortionate costs they were going to charge for their diagnostics. The said it would cost £180.00 which they thought was cheap. When I said this was a lot they laughed at me. £180 to plug a car into a laptop is ridiculous. They were unhelpful, unprofessional and intimating. Avoid!
Went to get a diagnostic done on my car and the staff was helpful. Did the job well and the cost was much less than the main dealership. I am pleased with the service.
