They recently revamped all of the equipment and layout of the car washing areas. There is now one lane to enter, but it seems more streamlined. Signage and stoplights are more clear about things like when to pull out of the wash. During the hand-dry, I sometimes worry they'll wipe the wax off of the windows from too much force. After four attempts to use this car wash, I give up. There is no clear entrance or a person in charge. It’s random, chaotic cars coming and going. How any cars got into the car wash itself is a mystery because there is no “start here”, no one to greet you and take your keys. I’m sure they know how to take your money. Ridiculous.
Didn’t even vacuum there’s a part on my window that’s not even cleaned. Overall a bunch of spots missed. they usually do a good job so I’m honestly disappointed
I have been herea few times since they moved from the corner on thornwood where the ducky place is now. --first the positives: same cool mgr guy works here: middle eastern-ish, mustache, glasses, friendly. Hes the best. Second, many of same staff still works here from other place-another plus, third, the same hard working staff. And the waiting area for customers with canopy is gd touch. Reasonable prices and they actually wash your car with their hands not a swirly brush.
