straight down bad you buy a new home you would expect brand new a/c and appliances I bought a home with a a/c 3 years old this is wrong
Honestly I just went to buccaneer or Clayton homes and help the guy pick up a mobile home
I would give them a zero star but they don't have an option. This is the worst place you could ever buy a home from. If you're Reading this run as fast as you can. Don't walk, run this place is a joke. You can never get no one on the phone. They'll wait till the year is up. I've been waiting on one piece of trim for 6 months.
