To make a quick buck Clayton Appliances sold us an entire appliance package outside of their service area, without our knowledge of course! Now guess who's stuck? We are!! Our builder told us to go with Clayton because they stand by the products they sell unlike the big box stores. We spent $16k and Clayton Appliance wouldn't even contact the manufacturer on our behalf. It gets even better, they gave me a phone number that wasn't in service. I do not recommend Clayton Appliances.

Customer Service has been exceptional from the moment we walked into the door to complete install and removal. Please, please recognize your delivery/installation techs. Both Jayden and Tim! We ordered from Home Depot a month prior to Claytons delivery. HD came and left after 3 weeks of waiting on a fridge to literally pull up, see my stairs and leave to never deliver again. I called ahead having to come all the way from Newnan to see if they had the part for my dryer that I needed. They said they did. I got their and gave them the model number again. She let me know that electronics are non-returnable. I said then double check this model number and reminded her again I am coming all the way from Newnan and I would like her to double check to see if that thermal fuse was the right one for my dyer.
