Terrible Customer Service-Ripped Us Off! – We brought our lawnmower here to be repaired and called back on the same day to tell them not to fix it. It was going to be cheaper to buy a new one. We were charged $60 for them to do nothing and they refused to refund our money since we didn't buy our new mower from them. I do not recommend this company AT ALL! Make sure you know what they are charging you for before you agree to anything.

Beware – Buyer beware. They ordered the wrong part for my Toro self-propelled mulcher. The throttle cable was broken. And in a twist of irony, when I said 'Call if it comes to over $100.' - the final bill was $99.36. Repairing your lawnmower is of a lower priority than trying to sell you a new one. It was a frustrating experience. I won't deal with this business in the future.
