I've been taking my Toyota Corolla to Clay's for a few years now. They get the job done at a fair price. I've always received good customer service from them.

Dec.2024 - car's A/C blower motor died, took it here, get call - wait for a few months for new one ex-Japan, or they supply and fit 2nd had... I go 2nd hand, Next day I go to pay and collect vehicle... $742... the blower motor was $360... yet all online listings for ' insurance class A 2nd hand ' motors are around $110 to $130... Oh well... ask for a receipt, boss is doing receipts over next few days, oh right. A week later I go there, still no receipt ? I have never come across such rudeness in an auto workshop as I witnessed towards my partner today. Told to f-off more than once when challenged about keeping the car for 2 days when told a few hours. Told not to come back after saying we wouldn’t rather than trying to make things right. When we got there to pick the car up another vehicle was parked so close to ours you almost needed a can opener to get in.
