I have been a Claypool member for many years. The Claypool directors provide amazing technical help and advice along with lots of encouragement. Claypool members form a supportive and friendly community. Claypool has been essential to my development as a ceramic artist.
What a find! A thriving collective of inspired potters producing beautiful pieces. Enjoyed an escorted tour meeting several artisans. Well lit and clean…we are definitely going to watch out for their regular stall sales.
Fantastic studio, caters to all levels. Can organize lessons and also use the studio casually. Definitely recommend stopping by!
As a recent graduate from NAS, I was fortunate enough to receive the Claypool Award last year. I think it was the best prize for me! As an emerging artist who works predominately with clay, I was given an empowering community to continue my practice with! Claypoolers are so friendly, the firing service is efficient and the glazes are beautiful!!! No matter if you are new to clay, a hardcore hobbiest or an experienced ceramic artist, Claypool can always offer you something you need =) !!
