I rang up because I ran out of medication and the lady sorted it for me straight away I really appreciate this doctors the best doctors in Durham city and I’ve been with 3 different docs then I found out because I missed an appointment because of health reasons and I had no credit no my phone so I couldn't ring up so they wrote me off told me I wasn't allowed back so that changed me view and very snotty aswell
Service was excellent Andrea is absolutely amazing to deal with she is very professional and thorough
Why, after six and a half decades, are you STILL unwilling / unable to use my correct name? You managed before the advent of a computerised system, so "It's because of the computers" is wearing VERY thin as an excuse.
