I have been with this practice since 1989. I have always found the doctors and all the staff, both clinical and administrative, understanding and helpful. They are professional in their approach at all levels, are non-judgmental and happily engage in dialogue with patients. I have been able to get appointments when needed and doctors are willing to call back if a face to face appointment is not necessary. It is usually possible to see the doctor of choice but for urgent matters this is sometimes not possible.
A first rate medical centre that deserves to be a benchmark for others across the country. I can't speak too highly of the service provided by all the dedicated staff.
I'm a new patient, new to the area. I have serious health problems; all staff have been kind and welcoming and all my requirements have been met immediately, via all specialisms. Fastest responses ever in a GP surgery. My grateful thanks to all.
