We had Claymore fit new locks to our previous house. When we moved house and discovered the locks were sticking, I asked Graeme to come out and replace them with better quality locks and more substantial handles on all exterior doors. We prefer using local East Lothian businesses and highly recommend Claymore. Graeme gives good advice on options and benefits of different licks and handles and then does a great job installing them efficiently and neatly.

Well where would you start? Came out on a Sunday, to accommodate our travel arrangements. Fitted us in to suit when we were available at the house and worked like a Beaver to renew all the locks to British Standard quality. Thank you seems an inadequate response but a shining example of trying to help your customer gain what they needed done. “Grazie Mille” Graeme. You’re a star!

Thanks to Ross and Graeme for solving our tricky problem of no spare boat keys. A slightly inaccessible location and an unusual key to cut that required a bit of thinking. They eventually cracked it. I work for a small boat company in Dunbar and North Berwick (BlueWild). We run nature tours to the Isle of May, the Bass or anywhere in the Outer Forth. Spare keys will be a great help.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Graham from Claymore Locksmiths for coming to our rescue after we lost our keys. He arrived within 15 minutes and had us safely back inside in under half an hour, all while changing the locks to give us peace of mind. His quick response and professional service made a stressful situation so much easier for our family, and we’re truly grateful.

Idiot tooting his horn at my car during a driving lesson because the car didn't pull away quick enough. Absolute idiot attitude, especially in a van with your name all over it. **Update to reply - oh so now you've received a review you want to 'answer my accusations' . Get lost, you were out of order, you were a learner once. Stinking attitude.
