This State Service Center is one of the most frustrating agencies I have ever dealt with. Phone calls are never returned. The secretary routinely takes messages and promises that someone will call back, but that call never comes. It is virtually impossible to speak with a case manager, let alone your assigned case manager. My assigned case manager, Ms. Stewart, did not work with me or return any of my calls. I am not one to make reviews but I get quite annoyed with everything. Countless phone calls and I speak with the front receptionist (is the only reason why I am giving two stars as she is the one who is dealing with the situation) passes the word to my case worker and they don’t return my phone call. I went in last week to do my best to get everything squared away and sent in my information that she had required when I spoke with her and told me that if I get this all in there should be a rapid response to getting things app... read more

Takes forever for them to answer the phone and when they do they are so negative ! I don’t appreciate the tone used towards me and I don’t appreciate how the person on the call has a attitude in her voice when all I’m trying to do is asks a few questions! Very unprofessional
If you need to call about your case, don't bother cause they won't answer the phone an if they do they put you on hold forever. They are not helpful at all when it comes to explaining everything an they are rude.
