Contracted with Ben H***** (Claymark Homes) in June 2024. He was to replace a front door and build an entrance to our home. I had a lot more work on the radar for him to do. He put off starting the job many times between late July and September. We then had a mutual decision to end the contract based on him delivering my door. It's now November and the door has not been delivered. He accepted the down payment ($$) and has done no work and or delivered the door. I have nothing and he has my money.
