Jessica is great! I've been coming for two months for cranial sacral to help with chronic migraines and other headaches. Jessica has helped so much--whether it is the treatment itself, the exercises and stretches she shows you how to do at home, or simply offering other tips and tricks to help you feel better--Jessica is great. And an added bonus is that she accepts insurance, which many cranial sacral therapists do not, which makes it even more affordable--treated as a part of rehab rather than a luxury treatment.
