Bradd remodeled our bathroom. We found him to be professional in every way. He had great eye for attention to detail. His organization and scheduling was spot on. His subcontractor were timely and professional. We would recommend Bradd's company for any job.
Horrible customer service! I had an appointment setup for an estimate on a garage addition. I was scheduled about 3 weeks out, no problem. On the date of the appointment, Bradd was a no-show, no-call. I had rescheduled important plans to be here. I called him and he had a couple excuses as well as having lost my contact info (which I emailed to him weeks previous). When on the phone he asked to reschedule, but he couldn't tell me when.
