RecommendedExcellent neighborhood bar and grill atmosphere. Food is very good and reasonably priced and the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Great place to enjoy a sporting event or just a casual get together.

we went to clay west for the first time excited to try food. we were the only ones in the lounge at the time.. after waiting for an extended period of time we were thankful to see a waitress, only for her to walk past us to go out for a smoke.. needless to say we never did get to try it. Very disappointed.
Went to Clay West on the weekend and I had the pan fried haddock with great mashed potatoes and an ample serving of vegetables. Well worth the money and the food was exceptional and the service was immaculate.
The food was so tasty! Ribs, fries, seafood linguini perfection. Fun, casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Like this place! It’s a big space and probably great for large groups. There was a birthday party happening on our last visit. They have the best potato skins I have tried in Halifax! Fish & Chips are really good as well. Staff are attentive & friendly.
