I placed an online order from Clay Trout Pottery/Kim Barry in February 2014, and paid via Paypal. Her initial email stated the order would be filled and shipped in 2-4 weeks. Over the following 4 months to so we exchanged at least 8 emails regarding the status of the order. She responded to each inquiry by stating that the order was "almost ready," or "just about to be shipped." Ordered wine cooler Dec 3. At about Dec 15 I emailed to check on status. No response. I called twice and left messages. Finally got "Kim" on the phone - she said, oh that should have gone out. Then sent me an email saying the product was made but not in the kiln yet. Would be here by xmas.
