My fireplace was installed incorrectly and will not draw smoke out of the chimney. It was purchased through Clay Structures but learned later that they use a sub-contractor named Longhorn Fireplaces and Chimney. The owner Mr Goss promised to repair over two months ago. He will not return phone calls or texts since messages since.
