Hello I have lived there for a little over 28 years and have NEVER had any problem with any manager until Marie Cole came there and because I needed another refrigerator and she got one out of another apartment that did not work and so I did not get recertified and then she would tell me why so then I got evicted for it but I had to throw out about $200. Dollar of food out so my Thanksgiving and Christmas last year was not good and now I am seeing a civil rights attorney Sammie
Foul management
Very friendly clean place. I would recommend it to everyone
Manager is overwhelmed with her job, there are hundreds of inspection violations at this apartment complex. Repairs are not being made, there is no proper maintenance. Clay springs is an eye sore to the community. Trash is everywhere, tenants belongs all over porches, broken down cars and drug activity. It's such a shame, royal American management do better for green cove springs !
Very poor management 😢 on duty manager sucks
