Dr Rowe is caring man and I was with him for 20 years. But he hired a receptionist and I repeat a receptionist by the name of Kay that is the worst thing that has ever happened to that office. She does not do her job, she makes decisions for the doctor. And all she is is a telephone receptionist, I told Dr Rowe about it and I also told the office manager and nothing was basically done. So I've left his practice and moved on. As long as she is there I cannot recommend them
Ok to get meds filled but not very thorough. Never had a Dr. NOT look in my ears, nose or mouth. Didn't check my glands, barely put the stethoscope on me, some areas didn't touch my body. Not sure what he was listening to. Had a diagnosis that I am not sure where he got from, most likely one of my meds that I take, he decided to make his own diagnosis without asking. He deleted it, from me to see but it is still on my record. The nurse and front desk lady are so unhappy!
Great experience with Dr. Rowe. He was friendly and asked questions about my needs regarding my health.

My experiences with Dr. Rowe has been going now over 20 years. I think he is a good physician and cares about his patients. Anyone that has had a bad experience with him, needs to take time to get to know him better. He's just like everyone else in this world, not perfect. But he has an ora about him that I just love...
I have been using Dr. Rowe for 2+ yrs, basically as a convenience to renew my normal daily meds-just for BP and such. The staff is indifferent, unconcerned, and often rude. Dr. Rowe is abrupt in his manner, and is easily upset by questions. When I saw him in 8/20, he seemed confused, and somewhat disoriented in his behavior. I am seeking another physician.
I gave 1 star because “no star” was not an option. He has no bed side manners. His office is old and not up to date. His office is not managed well. I always wait over an hour. They called me in to discuss blood work results and couldn’t find them once I was there. He was short with me and I’m finding another Doctor. This review was written while waiting forever in his office.
