Horrible DR Office with Good Doctors What a Shame – I moved to Kansas City from Lawrence & just needed a primary care physician. Clay Platte Family Medicine is the worst! Long wait times, I am not even checked in till 15-20 min after my appointment time and usually much longer. I have waited up to 45 min after my appointment time to even be checked in. Great doctor and staff – I saw Dr. Delaney for the first time this week. The visit was just for a cold but I was in and out very quickly. His nurses were knowledgable and professional. Dr. Delaney took time to get to know me a bit and I plan to have him as my primary doctor from know on. The office building he is in is great.
