Rich is the best! He gave me a 2nd opinion when Pep Boys failed my inspection saying I needed 4 new tires. Rich looked at my tires and found zero issues. He called the pep boys and spoke to the manager. They had me come back in and magically found d nothing wrong with my tires. Rich wouldn't even accept any money for his time AND he called me later to check that the pep boys did the right thing. He’s got a customer for life! So nice to know there are still good people out there!
Really kind people! Very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and quick turnarounds! Will absolutely be going back!!
