Great experience with the Staff at Pinnacle Open MRI. Very Kind gentle and understanding..... I have High Anxiety and Extreme Panic They handled me so Wonderfully THANKS SO MUCH Reta Looker
Women at the front desk were very nice. Woman that did the actual MRI was extremely rude, and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Going through this testing is nerve racking enough without further stress from staff. She would say "take a breath" but didn't even give time to due so and the test would start. Then she'd yell -YOUR PICTURES ARE BLURY, YOU NEED TO LAY STILL! Will NOT ever go back to this facility.
