I was in a very serious accident and I totaled my truck. I have seen some of Clay Maxey commercials and I really thought that I could trust them.I found a truck that I was told that was in Great condition so I purchased it. I was also told that it was never in a accident but that was THE BIGGEST LIE. They closed down the dealership within 3 weeks of my purchase. This dealership makes it really hard to understand how to get car titles Whenever one tries to call to get any info, they seem really dismissive and don't want to help you at all. They tell you to go to the website but that doesn't work and then they don't provide a proper answer on getting the car title until the tag is about to expire. I feel like they are giving people the run around as they already sold the car so it doesn't matter.
When I first went to Clay Maxey, it wasn’t a bad experience, so was the second time when I went to pay the taxes for the vehicle. But afterwards when I tried to tag my vehicle I wasn't able to do it because Clay Maxey was not processing my paper work for it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. When we first went in to purchase a vehicle, everything was easy and straightforward.
