Service people never answer the phone and when you show up they have an attitude like if you did something to them. Just mad you showed up to give them work

I left a 5 star rating only because 6 stars wasn’t an option. We had a check engine light come on early on our trip from St. Louis and were worried about making it back home towing our large trailer. Called 3 dealerships and couldn’t even talk to a person, but had to leave a message. Even called the dealer we bought the Ford F450 from in St. Louis and they won’t even take appointments, but put you on a waiting list.
