Absolutely a shambles off a gp!!!
Very friendly and helpful on my first visit.
I moved from Balliol Road Surgery within the godiva group to Clay Lane Health Centre and honestly could not be more happy with the treatment I have been provided. They have made me feel heard and seen when the other gp would not listen, best choice for my family was to move. I have been with balliol since a child so well over 15years and finally I feel like I am being taken seriously. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conduct of a receptionist at Clay lane , and to raise wider concerns about the culture of this practice. During a recent interaction, I was spoken to in a hostile and aggressive manner by the receptionist.
