I moved from Balliol Road Surgery within the godiva group to Clay Lane Health Centre and honestly could not be more happy with the treatment I have been provided. They have made me feel heard and seen when the other gp would not listen, best choice for my family was to move. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conduct of a receptionist at Clay lane , and to raise wider concerns about the culture of this practice. During a recent interaction, I was spoken to in a hostile and aggressive manner by the receptionist. She told me she "hasn’t got time" for me, and that she would not allow me to speak to or see a doctor — despite my clear need for medical attention. Very poor service the patient seems not to have its rights. My child had been refused to be seen by the doctor after I had to complain about the waiting time. The doctor's behaviour raises significant concerns because the patient's safety might be at risk especially the child’s health could be compromised.
The diabetic nurse is incompetent and should be removed from her post immediately
