Purchased a kiln from Clay King and couldn’t recommend them more! Trisha was incredibly friendly and made the process a pleasure. Shipping was very cheap ($40) & very fast-I live out of state in the north east & had it within 4 days.
First time purchasing from this company. I received a different item than I ordered. Company did not reply to my first e-mail advising of such and my request as to how they would like to proceed. My second-request e-mail was answered and I was advised that the correct stamp would be mailed. As of the writing of this review, one month has passed without any further communication or the promised item.
They cant read an order! I ordered 8 lbs total and it took 2 deliveries to get me 6 lbs of it. Still owed 2 more lbs!! I will change rating when rectified!
