Clay King has some of the best customer service, if not the best customer service in the clay supply business. I recently order a few kiln shelves but they unfortunately broke during the and by the time I woke up, the issues was being resolved. I live in California but chose to go with Clay King because they have inventory in stock. My order shipped within two days! Its faster and more reliable for me to go through Clay King than some of the regional clay supplies near Los Angeles .

I have ordered a lot from Clay-King over the past few years including a kiln, clay, glazes, and underglazes. I’ve only ever had a problem with my most recent order (just a few missing items) and when I called they fixed it quickly. Their prices and customer service are great.

Excellent customer service. After waiting almost a year for the Amaco Inks to be stocked, I ordered the kit. They got delivered while I was out of town, but were not in our box nor package drop when we returned. They were no where to be found. Angela at Clay-King was quick to respond to our issues and everything was resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Thanks Clay-King and Angela.

I have been ordering from Clay-King exclusively for years. They have the best customer service in the business. I purchased my first kiln and wheel from them and I can not say enough about the staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions when I purchased my kiln and wheel, and when I buy glazes, tools, etc. There was an issue with the delivery of my wheel and the manager stepped in and personally handled it beyond my expectations. I LOVE Clay King! My first interaction was a couple of years ago when I bought my kiln and wheel and the customer service on the phone was great—so helpful! Now I order supplies and the shipping is so fast and the accuracy is spot on! Thank You Clay King!
