Called last week, was told guy was out of town and they would call next day. I called to remind them and was told guy out of town an extra day. Will call me back. It’s been over a a week and I’m proud to say a reputable company came out and I have gutters before they even called me back. Shame

The lack of communication and professionalism of office staff was unacceptable. After such terrible communication, I decided to get a few estimates from other companies. Thank goodness I did, because Clay Insulation’s estimate was three times more than both of my other estimates.

From the beginning this company has been awful. Took over a month to complete with three different crews to put up soffits. This is a two day job. Less than a year later, I have soffits hanging down with insulation falling out. James, the owner, refused to come fix the issues, and He actually hung up on me twice when I called to have the problem fixed. He stated his work was not warrantied and it wasn’t his problem. I would NOT Clay Insulation to anyone. They are way to busy for their customers and do shotty work.
