We were working with a salesman to get a new front entry door with sidelights. We were given a written estimate that stated it was good for 30 days. The day before we were going to pay and order, the salesman called at 3 and said it had to be paid that day by 4 or they couldn’t honor the price. Very poor representation of the company’s ethical standards. We walked away and after talking to others feel we dodged a bullet.
I worked for a company who sells Kentucky Wholesale products and I had nothing but a great experience from all of them from the highest management to the truck drivers, everyone had a positive attitude, a smile on her face and was always happy to help. Very friendly company. I would like to shout out Isaac as he was the person I dealt with the most and anyone else that I spoke to as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Waited 15-20 minutes for salesman…told by receptionist—was busy. After a long wait, someone else approached and we asked for help…and finally told didn’t have a screen door. (The delay? We saw the Employees in the back watching the UK game).
