I just waited 18 weeks (4 beyond the original timeline I was told) and received mismatched star and cross tiles. Called 20 minutes after they closed for the day and can’t get any answers. This has already held up my project quite a bit. How on earth do you ship someone star and cross tiles in mismatched finishes? For the cost and lead time, I’d expect some quality control. Do not waste your time and money.

Update: The company reached out and has been very lovely to work with. They sent me a tile repair kit (for free) and a gift card. The repair kit was a little tricky and took a bit of work to get right, but it really fixed everything up nicely! We will probably only need to replace one tile now.
