Horrible experience!! Do not recommend this place to anyone, due to the staff all the way up to how they don’t value you as a patient what so ever.
From the first interaction with them (at the Nacogdoches office) I should’ve found another doctor. I went up there for my referral and waited in the hallway (bc they’re not accepting in-person appts) for over 30 minutes while on the phone and on hold with them. I had to call 3x, and on the last time they answered, they asked me my name and DOB and told me to come to the door. I told them I had been standing at the door for over 20 minutes.
