Clay Flower is the most bizarre insurance agent that I have ever encountered. He presents a polished, gleaming exterior. But beware. He has a vicious, hair trigger temper just under that glossy veneer. He is the most manipulative sales person in the insurance business and he treats women with a misogynistic attitude that is revolting. I'm surprised that he is still operating in Spokane. This is frankly, one weird guy. Be careful.
Best thing I've done lately? Buy life insurance from David Walker. I grilled this poor man for days with questions and he answered every one. He also now manages my auto and home policies. World class service. GET AHOLD OF HIM ASAP, sleeping good on my pilllow.
Very professional office with a great staff. Customer service and taking care of clients is a top priority.
Stay far away from this location. Clay will threaten to physically hurt you and a guy named Tim will threaten to take your money and cancel your policy. This office is a complete joke! They both will call you filthy names.
