I was told by a family member our power would be off on 9/22/25 at 9a for repairs. I called Clay Electric. I spoke with Lisa. She has excellent customer service skills. She also took extra steps to assist me. Family member had given me the wrong date. Lisa researched and let me know they turning off power next week the 29th. Excellent employee.
The best place and the nicest people I have ever met, I was in n out within 15 minutes. They were extremely understanding, nice and patient; Amy helped me with my issue of power outage and also helped me setup Autopay! Thank you for your help!
poor communication and crap customer service
Came from Orlando and went thru 4 hurricanes back then and lost power once during Charlie. And now we lose it at least twice a month? Wth is going on?????
Clay electric sucks now! We lose power over a slight breeze these days after they quote unquote beefed up the power grid just to take more money from us! Make it make sense please. Back in the day we made it through 4 hurricanes and didn't even lose power!
