Power outages are the norm. It doesn't matter if it's sunny and calm or stormy.........an outage is likely to happen at any time. Like today. 9/28/2022. Thinking about hurrican Ian. It is drizziling outside and then the power goes off......for about an hour. I have a generator and extension cords all over the inside of the house, not because of Ian............because of Clay Electric. I was told by a family member our power would be off on 9/22/25 at 9a for repairs. I called Clay Electric. I spoke with Lisa. She has excellent customer service skills. She also took extra steps to assist me. Family member had given me the wrong date. Lisa researched and let me know they turning off power next week the 29th. Excellent employee.

The best place and the nicest people I have ever met, I was in n out within 15 minutes. They were extremely understanding, nice and patient; Amy helped me with my issue of power outage and also helped me setup Autopay! Thank you for your help!
