Power goes out with the smallest weather effects near Moody. It will just be raining and it will go out. No lightning, nothing. They need to overhaul the grid here or something. Something isn't right. Never had my power go out this much anywhere I've ever lived for no apparent reason.
I am on prepaid lights and I’ve gone over my prepaid lights by at least $4 before and never was disconnected!!! They disconnected my lights for going over 25cent!!!! Make up your minds!!! I hate this company with a PASSION!!!! I’m disgusted They are a RIP OFF!!!! Making someone pay a deposit because of late payments when I already have service with them is ridiculous! Literally only transferring my lights to a new unit! They need to be sued or something has to be done about them scamming people
WORST POWER COMPANY EVER. They are doing work at the front of my neighborhood (moving power lines). We have had our power go out twice. Do you think the company would have the decency or intelligence to notify the customer base of the planned outages ... NO. This is the most sensitive power grid I have ever been apart of. Complete trash and there isn't an alternative.
