They violated their own website twice - zero notification to customer and trimmed beyond 15'. Broke our lawn mower and I got yelled at. 'Vegetation Management' keeps saying "everything is fine". Looking at all the reviews, I guess they're happy having a garbage company. I will remove this post - if anyone is willing to help us resolve this
Electricity prices keep going up at an unbelievable rate. Every month, our electric bill gets higher and higher. During the winter, the bills are so expensive that it feels like I’m paying for the electricity usage of the entire neighborhood instead of just my apartment. Just two years ago, with the same level of electricity usage, our bill was about half of what it is now. It honestly feels like we’re being charged random amounts that the company simply makes up out of thin air.
Clay Electric has been a deeply disappointing electric provider. I've lived in numerous cities across Florida, and with Clay we experience power outages nearly every day and constant flickering—and our neighbors deal with the same thing. The voltage problems got so bad that our AC unit failed and we had to purchase a new one. The AC company even told us they're constantly repairing units on Clay Electric accounts. The reliability is on par with what we experienced living in the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands.
I have been a hsppy, happy customer for over 35 years. Thèir rebates, Killowatt publications, best fishing days calendar & compassionate customer service personnel are just some of the benefits I've enjoyed. Even when I suffered finsnvial distress, I was always treated with helpful ndness & respect.
