Don't call or go to Lake City office if you need help. Best to call the main office. Lake City office wanted me to drive out and get meter numbers from the meters to get my power turned on.
During hurricane Debbie my power went out for nine days. I have a generator so I dealt with it. Crews were working hard to restore power so kudos for that. Where I have a problem is that one of the many trucks that crossed my property to restore power, one of the trucks destroyed the keypad and mount to my electric gate, which I left open for them.
