Spent ninety minutes waiting for an oil change and filters replacement and they tried to upsell me another $500 of service. A battery cranking at 83 per cent does not need replacement.
Scheduled for repair after getting a flat tire. Realized that the car would shudder after 55Mph after I got it serviced, so I called to follow up on what could be wrong with my car. Woman on the phone saw in the notes that they didn’t fix an unspecified “wobble” that was documented at inspection. Could’ve been a loose lug nut caused by the blow out. Why would they let anyone drive off the lot without mentioning this? Isn’t that a safety concern to let someone drive off like that? Law suit waiting to happen

I cannot say enough good things about Clay Dooley. They are always nice, provide quick and quality service and, most importantly, they never overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need. They are the most honest auto service shop I have used. Highly recommend.
