They really helped us when we were in a pickle. Our vehicle popped up a dangerous indicator light mid-road trip and we called several places who said they couldn't help us. Ryan at Clay Dooley offered right away to take a look at it and they squeezed us in the next morning for the repair. We were 8 hours from home and they could not have been nicer or more willing to help. Thank you so much for helping us with a very stressful situation!
Really great staff I was an absolute asshole and talked to them very poorly after being told my vehicle was not going to be finished when it was supposed to be but Ryan still went above and beyond to try and help me. These are a damn good group of guys and I'm beyond lucky and greatful for all they have done!!
I had been having a really bad oil leak and at the time I was having to put a quart of oil in every week. I finally was able to get the time to take it in to a repair shop and chose clay dooley in Champaign because they seemed reliable based on their reviews. Unfortunately they are like every other car repair shop that adds on as much as they possibly can to take advantage and make as much off of you as possible. They were the only tire repair shop available to plug my flat tire yesterday. I feel it was able to be plugged. They explained it needed to be replaced. I replaced both front tires from their advise, and my own decision. They also advised me of a plethora of items that should be addressed. One of them I'm aware of. The other couple I was not.
