How does a "health department" have a moldy leaking roof. Alot of the ceiling is gone and insulation is falling out. It's been going on since at least August. I asked back then and she said it was getting fixed this week. Well 7 months later and it's only gotten much worse. This place needs to be shut down and condemned. I dont see how they dont see the problem of allowing families with babies and young kids to go there and not get sick from the mold or in danger of the ceiling collapsing on them. We were told to go to Corning to get birth certificates since Piggot wasn't able to. Drove all the way over and they're closed. Who's going to repay me for my time and fuel? Close this location down permanently since it's apparently only open on Mondays
