Don’t do nothing but sit all day ! It’s honestly sad they take advantage of their jobs and hardly do anything. I was disappointed by the lack of communication, follow-up, and assistance from the office staff. My concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and I felt unsupported throughout the process. I have experienced delays and a lack of proactive assistance from the office staff, they told me they was full on the phone but didn’t know I was already parked outside in there empty parking lot.
